Well, to be quite frank I wear numerous “hats” on any given day. I am the mother of five children, work full time as Mortgage Loan Officer at CLARKSVILLE MORTGAGE CONNECTION , I am a licensed Real Estate Agent and I help run my husband’s Construction business. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends in my spare time.
I started my professional career many years ago as a real estate agent’s assistant for two multi-million dollar producers while attending college. Later I moved on working in Real Estate Management for a number of years. I left the real estate industry for a short time to pursue my education and to finish my family. I returned and obtained my professional education at Austin Peay State University. I have two Bachelor of Business Administration Degrees, one degree in Marketing and another in Management. I graduated with honors, Magna Cume Laude and I feel that my education has helps me greatly in my current position and in the ever-changing mortgage and real estate industries. I returned to the real estate sector and donned a “new’ hat…this time as a Mortgage Loan Officer.
I love helping others and I love to share in the joy that homeownership brings to families. I believe that I have found my “calling” and absolutely love my job. I wake up everyday happy to go to work knowing that I am helping my clients make their dreams of homeownership come true. Not may people can say that about their job or the career that they have chosen. I feel truly blessed everyday and I am always thankful for the opportunity to serve my clients.
I am active in my community and I am also a proud member of the National Association of Responsible Loan Officers which focuses on consumer education and is committed to the highest standard of ethics in the home buying process.
In my position with CLARKSVILLE MORTGAGE CONNECTION , I assist my clients in finding the loan products that best suit the current and future needs of their family. I specialize in government loans such as VA, FHA, THDA and USDA/Rural loans which can allow a borrower to obtain a mortgage with little or no money down. These government loan products are a great way for 1st time homebuyers who may have difficulty saving a large down payment to obtain a home. I also help and counsel my customers in ways to maintain their credit or to correct any credit issues that many hinder them from being able to obtain a mortgage. Many of the clients who I have helped throughout the years have become my friends as well. Buying a home whether it is your 1st or 101st is a big step and you need a friend to guide the way. I would love to be that friend and show you just how easy homeownership can be.
